Data processed and purpose

We process the submitted name, email address, phone number, short project description and technical submission context for contact, audit-questionnaire follow-up and proposal preparation. A detailed audit and strategic plan are prepared only after an accepted proposal.

Legal basis

The legal basis is pre-contractual steps, and where applicable consent or legitimate interest. This form does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

AI tools and audit workflow

During a later, separately commissioned audit, professional analysis tools including AI systems may be used after separate information and accepted proposal. No automated decision with legal effect takes place.

Processors and transfer

The site is hosted as a static website on GitHub Pages. Form submissions are technically relayed through Google Apps Script / Google Workspace to the controller’s email address. Where third-country transfer may occur, appropriate contractual and data-protection safeguards are required.

Retention

Inquiry data is kept for as long as needed for proposal preparation, up to 12 months, unless a contract is concluded, a legal obligation requires longer retention or earlier deletion is requested.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and may object to processing. Contact: office@vipach.at. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.

Cookies and tracking

In the current package, the homepage does not include marketing trackers, advertising cookies or analytics tools. If analytics, remarketing or third-party embeds are added later, separate cookie/consent handling is required.
